the location was really convenient. it was close to major attractions. the staff was also very helpful with directions. i really enjoyed the breakfast! it had a good variety of options and fresh ingredients.

The room was pretty small. it was hard to move around with luggage. the noise levels were quite high. i could hear people in the hallway and adjacent rooms! the wifi signal was also weak. It made working difficult.

the location was great for seeing the sights. i could easily walk to many places from there.

the room was smaller than i expected (i booked a 'standard double room'). it felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. also, the bathroom had a slight musty smell, which wasn't very pleasant.

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location close to the main sights and restaurants. My room was very comfy and tidy. The family who welcomed us provided really good service. Eduardo was responsive, and his mother was wonderfully warm, we had breakfast and coffee before leaving. Breakfast included generously filled croissants, various coffees, and hot chocolate.

The entrance was difficult to find upon arrival. The small unlit hotel sign beside a gated residential entrance was hard to spot. I had to wait for a resident to open the gate. Clearer signage and pre-arrival instructions would greatly improve this.
